  • Audit invoices submitted by contractors with cost plus contracts for plant decontamination and demolition.

  • Field audits of larger contractors to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.

  • Supervise and train accounts payable clerks. 

  • Monthly analysis and reconciliation of reserve spending.

  • Quarterly reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet accounts for reporting to management.

  • Supply reports and information to external auditors on a quarterly basis.

  • Update fixed asset records in SAP for any additions or retirements.

  • Complete monthly accounting, consolidations, and reporting for Phosphorus Equity Division of FMC, a fortune 500 company. This is done utilizing the various components of SAP.

  • Assist with budgeting analysis and loading of budget into SAP for Phosphorus Equity Division.

  • Performed audits for several not-for-profit organizations, a manufacturing company, and a condominium complex.
